Purpose of Position
We are looking for a highly motivated “IT Support Technician” to join our global team, which is spread across two headquarters in Berlin and London. As a crucial member of the “IT Support Team”, you will report to the “IT Support Team Lead” and responsible for offering top-notch assistance to all Awinners, resolving any IT-related issues they may face. Your commitment to delivering a customer-centric and efficient service will be key in this role.
This job requires on-site presence and the opportunity for some exciting business trips to other Awin offices.

Note: This role includes the responsibilities outlined above. Due to its evolving nature, the position offers IT professional development opportunities, including specialized knowledge acquisition and industry-standard certifications, in consultation with the manager.
