Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Management Analyst II specializing in HRIS analysis. In this pivotal remote role, you will leverage data-driven insights to enhance our Human Resources operations and contribute significantly to our Total Rewards & Data Analytics unit.

Key Responsibilities

In This Role, You Will

  • Support various HRIS and data analytics projects, including system upgrades and software integrations.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate on organization-wide initiatives, providing essential technical support to maintain data integrity in our HRIS.
  • Generate insightful reports, conduct data audits, and ensure the timely processing of HR and payroll transactions.
  • Assist in decision-making processes by providing comprehensive data analyses.
  • Deliver exemplary service to internal stakeholders, addressing their data-related inquiries and requests.

Required Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to foster collaborative relationships.
  • Exceptional multitasking capabilities, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

We seek candidates who have:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in analyzing complex issues and supporting HRIS and data analytics functions.
  • Previous experience leading HRIS projects; familiarity with systems like Infor is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in public administration, business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education on a ratio of one and a half years of experience for one year of education, up to a maximum of four years.
