Position Overview

We invite you to join our team as a Management Analyst II, where you will play an essential role in facilitating transformation and fostering innovation within our Human Resources Division. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about utilizing data analytics to support strategic initiatives and optimize operational effectiveness.

In this pivotal role, you will deliver analytical and project management assistance to our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Your efforts will ensure seamless system integrations, timely software enhancements, and informed decision-making processes. You will work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners to enhance HR operations, ultimately benefiting our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for HRIS and data analytics initiatives, including system upgrades and process enhancements that affect the entire organization.
  • Act as a liaison between various business units and external vendors to guarantee the successful execution of projects.
  • Collaborate on organization-wide projects, offering technical expertise and ensuring data integrity within the HRIS.
  • Generate comprehensive reports, audit data, and facilitate the accurate processing of HR and payroll transactions.
  • Deliver exceptional support to internal stakeholders by addressing inquiries and requests related to data.

Required Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities, adept at forming collaborative relationships with colleagues and vendors.
  • Excellent multitasking capabilities and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey data-driven insights.
  • Familiarity with common desktop applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and HRIS systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the capacity to identify process enhancements and promote efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in analyzing complex issues and supporting functions within HRIS and data analytics environments.
  • Experience leading HRIS projects; familiarity with systems like Infor is advantageous.
