Job Overview
We are in search of a highly organized and proactive Executive and Events Coordinator to partner with our Executive Director and COO. This pivotal position will contribute to the development of engaging and equitable internal events while serving as a vital link in coordination and communication with esteemed stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the Executive Director’s calendar, prioritizing tasks and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Executive Director and COO, including travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
- Cultivate a sense of community by facilitating virtual gatherings to strengthen team connections.
- Prepare, edit, and format essential documents, reports, and presentations for the executive leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and optimize existing workflows.
- Oversee document management, administrative tasks, and special projects as required.
- Implement efficient mail management systems to streamline operations.
- Act as the central coordinator for various events, ensuring seamless logistics for team retreats, meetings, webinars, and business development initiatives.
- Manage travel arrangements and logistical details for events, including accommodation, catering, and itinerary planning.
- Ensure successful execution of both in-person and virtual events, overseeing logistics, technology, agendas, and speaker briefings.
- Maintain the internal team calendar and organize staff meetings.
- Handle board-related activities, including quarterly meetings and annual retreats, ensuring documentation accuracy and timely communication.

Compensation And Benefits
The salary for this position is $85,000, commensurate with experience. This remote role requires occasional semi-monthly travel to our DC location and potential domestic travel.
