Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

We are in search of an enthusiastic Event Coordinator who will serve as the face and voice of our Event team. Your primary mission will be to curate premium, enjoyable experiences tailored to a diverse range of groups—from corporate teams and tour groups to educational STEM programs and birthday parties—while building lasting relationships with our clients. The position entails the following responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the event process, encompassing menu and event development, negotiations, planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborating with clients to gather essential information, ensuring accuracy in event setup and execution details, effectively communicating with the management and operations teams.
  • Managing correspondence (both internal and external), processing payments, and preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) promptly.
  • Assisting clients with order placement and confirmation, communicating event details, and providing on-site support as necessary.
  • Overseeing on-site event execution, including installation, delivery, setup, and, when required, event conclusion.
  • Conducting venue tours for potential clients.
  • Supporting local marketing initiatives, including partnerships, influencer outreach, and promotional activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software.
  • A self-driven, motivated attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
  • Detail-oriented skills, particularly in event planning, contract management, and payment processing.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or TripleSeat is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in related fields such as guest relations, retail, hospitality, or administrative roles.
