Job description

This is a remote position.

Work schedule:
  • (40 hours a week), flexible during business hours anytime between Mon-Fri 6 AM- 8 PM (EDT) includes 1h unpaid break

Job Description

Step into a pivotal role as the operational backbone of a thriving digital business where you’ll master the Go High Level platform and Tony Robbins’ Mastermind system. You’ll be responsible for streamlining business operations, managing a substantial subscriber base, and ensuring flawless execution of high-impact marketing campaigns. This position offers the unique opportunity to work directly with course delivery systems, client relationship management, and business development while helping eliminate operational inefficiencies. You’ll be instrumental in transforming reactive processes into proactive, scalable systems that support continued business growth and success.

Responsibilities
  • Master and manage the Go High Level CRM system and Tony Robbins’ Mastermind platform
  • Design, build, and optimize marketing funnels and web pages for maximum conversion
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns and manage a database of 28,000+ subscribers
  • Handle client-facing communications including follow-ups, onboarding calls, and relationship management
  • Coordinate and execute monthly challenge events that drive lead generation
  • Proactively identify operational gaps and implement systematic solutions
  • Support course delivery and client management processes
  • Collaborate on business development initiatives and project management activities
  • Ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and events
