医薬品工場における、原材料管理およびサプライヤの管理を行うグループです。医薬品に使用される原料・材料が、適切な品質マネジメントを持つ供給業者から提供されていることを保証するために、マテリアルおよびサプライヤの適格性を評価し、維持することを行っています。

職務内容

• 新規供給業者に対する適格性評価の進捗管理
   [供給者事業所への立ち入り監査を含む]
• 既存の供給業者の認定ステータスの維持管理
  [供給者事業所への立ち入り監査や書面監査を含む]
• 上記業務に関するグループメンバー、関連部署および供給業者とのコミュニケーション
• 供給業者との品質取り決めの作成
• 光工場のパートナー（CMOやMAH）との品質取り決めの作成
• 原材料に対する適格性評価の確認

応募要件

＜学歴＞

高等学校教育修了以上

＜実務経験＞

• 医薬品工場における専門業務経験が5年以上
• 取り決め書など業者間の契約に関する業務経験

＜スキル・資格＞

• PCスキル [Word, Excel, Powerpointなど]
• 歓迎要件：デジタルスキル [PowerBIなど]

＜語学＞

• 歓迎要件として、ビジネスレベル英語力[TOEIC 730点以上]

＜その他＞

• 定期的な出張が発生のため、移動の抵抗がないこと

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

• Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

• Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

• Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

• Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)

• Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
