Job Description
Performing QFD and FMEA processes in new development projects
Monitoring the execution of design processes at all stages in development projects
Writing quality requirement specifications for the company's future products
Managing customer complaint investigation processes including corrective actions and effectiveness control
Monitoring and approving lifecycle tests and company product certification
Responsibility for understanding and analyzing product failures in the market and presenting them to various interfaces in the organization while providing recommendations for improving the design to reduce failure rates
Managing team leaders of diagnostics, failure analysis, and customer complaints
The position includes overtime and international travel.
Requirements
Job Requirements
Relevant engineering degree - mandatory
Quality/Reliability Engineer CRE/CQE - advantage
At least 5 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing and development company
Experience in investigation methodologies and customer complaint investigation.
Experience in failure analysis of multidisciplinary products.
Experience in writing specifications and procedures in Hebrew and English
