PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
AmerisourceBergen Services Corporation - Responsible for the overall solution design & delivery in Salesforce analytics (Tableau CRM) for Cencora’s Salesforce platform. Work with business/IT stakeholders to drive solution design and delivery for projects and initiatives. Accountable for solution design of Salesforce CRM analytics and related technologies by introducing innovative solutions in line with business objectives and market trends. Provide solution confirmation for all CRM analytics solutions to ensure best practices are followed and to ensure the solution is seamlessly integrated into existing solutions. Perform and lead analytics capability planning and roadmap, as well as the organic growth of capabilities along with project delivery and for the integration of CRM solution with other enterprise solutions like contact center, sales/service cloud, experience cloud, order management and e-commerce, etc. Accountable for solution delivery of special projects, proof of concepts and enhancement projects and responsible for analytics architectural governance and best practice design. Coordinate and collaborate with product vendors for product issue resolution and product upgrades and solutions. Collaborate with the business to understand their requirements and partner with other IT platforms and IT shared services to provide solutions and ideas to the business. Regularly review service provider performance to identify and confirm performance problems. Notify Vendor and VMO management of issues and escalate to the business and IT leaders with regards to vendor performance issues and improvement plans. #LI-DNI

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Requires 2 years of experience in an Analyst or similar position designing, building, and supporting Analytics applications, datasets, dataflows and dashboards. Experience must include: Developing and maintaining dataflows and dashboards to create and update datasets and visualize data; Extracting data from different source systems including Oracle and Flat File using extraction techniques; Designing and developing sophisticated dashboards, creating datasets, implementing enterprise security and access approaches, and rolling out governance approaches; and Utilizing/working with the following: Oracle database and PL/SQL, Tableau dashboard development, Einstein Analytics Dataflow Developer, Einstein Analytics Dashboard developer, Informatica, Tidal, algorithm development and implementation, data analysis and machine learning, and Linux/Unix.
