Minimum of two years experience as a medical receptionist., Familiarity with medical practice management software, preferably Best Practice., Excellent communication skills in English., Strong organizational and multitasking abilities..
Key responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls, scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
Maintain patient records and handle administrative tasks such as filing and saving documents.
Assist with the preparation of medico-legal appointments and reports.
Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.
