Role Name: Real Estate Digital Marketing Specialist

Schedule:
20 hours/week - Flexible hours MONDAY TO FRIDAY - EASTERN STANDARD TIME

Job Description

We're hiring a Real Estate Digital Marketing Specialist   to support a growing real estate practice. This hybrid role blends digital marketing and administrative management      overseeing social media, marketing automation, and business systems. You'll help drive growth and ensure smooth operations, with strong potential to grow as the business expands and diversifies.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement the real estate brand’s social media content and engagement strategy
  • Regularly update and optimize website content, including blog posts and featured listings
  • Design and execute targeted email campaigns using MailChimp
  • Create branded marketing materials using Canva
  • Manage and maintain the CRM (Brivity), ensuring contacts and campaigns are organized
  • Enhance and maintain the Google Business Profile for local visibility
  • Support content creation for real estate marketing (e.g., open houses, listings, client wins)
  • Monitor basic campaign performance and engagement metrics to inform improvements


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing; real estate marketing experience is a strong plus (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  • Proven expertise in managing social media platforms for business
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (MailChimp preferred)
  • Competence with AI and automation tools 
  • Strong writing and visual content creation skills
  • Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (Brivity is a plus) & METRICOOL
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing tasks efficiently
  • Must be available during some Eastern Time (ET) business hours
  • North American business experience preferred
  • Creative mindset, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills
