Job description

Our Ideal Candidate

Our client empowers individuals through career coaching and consulting, and to ensure your success in this program, we are looking for the following attributes:

  • You are a highly dedicated and creative individual who is eager to contribute to the success of the program by implementing effective marketing strategies

  • You are a tech-savvy professional with familiarity in using several CRMs, systems and web-based tools such as Active Campaign, Word Press, Clickfunnels, Asana, Zapier, etc.

  • You are a highly organized and systematic person and you love ensuring that all tasks are being delegated effectively and efficiently.

Expected Work Hours and Time zone:

This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home opportunity. You are expected to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours a day, Mondays to Fridays with fixed weekends off. You will be following Eastern US hours for occasional coverage/support during clients’ zoom group trainings and workshops.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will provide excellence by: 

  • Client Management

    • Building relationships with clients by onboarding them and preparing the relevant documentation that is needed

    • Tracking the clients’ payment and making sure that all payments are within the timeline

    • Managing client’s records and documents and saving them in the company’s shared folder

    • Creating plans to address clients’ business needs and acting as the point of contact for any concerns and issues, provide support and escalate issues as appropriate

    • Doing coaching management and taking care of client-related transactions such as outreach, email follow-ups, collections, and tracking

    • Advising potential clients about the best possible program for them depending on their preferences and interests and answering any query that they may have

  • Marketing & Creatives

    • Managing the social media channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, IG, Twitter, FB through posting interesting and effective contents to increase engagement and awareness 

    • Repurposing and editing the program videos by creating social media contents such as graphics and videos to be shared in social media accounts 

    • Spearheading multiple marketing campaigns, launches, internal and partner promotions with the ultimate goal of increasing revenue and identifying new revenue streams

    • Implementing new, innovative, and comprehensive marketing strategies to help the brand grow and reach a larger audience

    • Regularly auditing and updating the website for any room for improvement or enhancement (WordPress)

    • Creating and configuring Active Campaign by setting up of automation / autoresponders / sequences

  • Webinar Management

    • Providing assistance in any webinar or virtual events by setting up the tools and materials to be used and moderating the chat engagement

    • Refining the presentation decks by proposing ideas, reviewing them, and revising them if necessary

  • Admin

    • Handling the activation and deactivation of system accesses and logins of new hires and members who are leaving the company

    • Providing support and assistance regarding any issues with systems, accesses and contacting 3rd party support if needed 

  • Lead Generation

    • Proposing effective strategies on how to identify business opportunities and attract potential clients using different platforms by doing LinkedIn outreach and Facebook group engagement




Requirements

Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:

  • Proven experience in marketing and client management

  • Coaching and consulting business insight experience

  • Success in organizing webinars and virtual live events

  • Experience using several CRMs, systems and web-based tools such as PPT, Asana, Canva, Adobe, Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Active Campaign, Clickfunnels WordPress, Zapier Detail-oriented, 

  • Planning & Organizing – you should be able to plan and organize your time well to meet assigned deadlines for each project

  • Problem Solving – this role requires creativity in problem-solving and be able to manage unanticipated scenarios

  • Communication Skills – as you will be creating contents and managing the clients, you are expected to have impeccable communication skills both verbal and written

  • Technical Aptitude - you can easily learn any tools and software that are relevant for the role.
