Technical Coordinator BRCGS Global Team

Main tasks:

• Support affiliates by interpreting BRCGS certification requirements.
• Manage data and documentation in the BRCGS system accurately.
• Review and approve certificates before release to clients.
• Assign and set up site codes for new clients.
• Monitor affiliate performance and submit monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and scheme standards.
• Provide training and admin support as needed.
• Follow all health, safety, integrity, and diversity policies.

This role is ideal if you have:

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
• Proficient in MS 365; comfortable working with large and complex databases
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Numerate and detail-oriented
• Open to learning and adaptable to change; proactive in self-development
• Proven ability to work independently and manage/prioritise own workload
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Nice to have:

• Experience or educational background in the food industry
• Familiarity with BRCGS standards or similar certification schemes
