Job description

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Week off on Sunday)
Work Timings: 11 am to 7 pm on weekdays & 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday

Job Profile:
The Digital Marketing Specialist’s role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support the expansion and growth of the company’s services and products. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of Theme Music Group of Companies' products and market goals. Proficiency in online advertising, social media and web development is a must. Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures. Marketing specialists rely on judgment in planning and experience to accomplish identified goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
● Planning, development and execution of national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, third-party advertising opportunities, organic and inorganic strategy and deliverables
● Interfacing with different marketing communications functions, as well as PR, events, retail and business product marketing teams in order to create relevant and quality digital content with them
● Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting
● In-depth knowledge of SEO and AdWords programs
● In-depth knowledge of advertising on Amazon Ads, Instagram Ads and Youtube monetization
● Presenting advertising recommendations to Management
● Developing and coordinating multimedia packages
● Deep understanding of digital marketing
● Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
● Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including online ads, microsites, and social media applications ● Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing
● Solid understanding of web metrics, and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
● Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business
● Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
● Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services
● Knowledge of HTML 5, and CSS is an added plus

Experience & Minimum Qualifications:
● Master’s degree or diploma in related fields. A Master’s degree in Management is preferred
● 3-4 years of relevant experience in the digital marketing industry.
