A Day in The Life:

We’re searching for a knowledge hungry and extremely detail-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team!  The selected candidate will create, monitor, optimize, and scale all digital marketing advertising including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Email marketing under the direction of our Marketing Manager. This role is not for someone who wants to coast or looking for a 9 to 5 job. We expect results and don’t give credit to effort or intentions, only results. This means you may have to work evenings and weekends-whatever it takes to get the job done at times.

What you will do:

• Create and optimize paid ads, search ads, social media ads, and email marketing.
  
• Continuously create and monitor all aspects of the marketing funnel by setting up split tests.
  
• Quickly become an expert in paid ads, search ads, social media ads, email marketing and analytics. 
  
• Analyze marketing results to help direct increased ROI, ROAS and reduce waste. 
  
• Continuously monitor and optimize SEO.

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have…

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Google ads, Facebook ads, email marketing, and website analytics. 
• Experience working as a project coordinator, who knows how to make sure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and without mistakes. 
• Minimum bachelor’s degree. Any discipline, preferably business, marketing, or digital marketing. 
• Extremely high attention to detail.
• This is a full-time position and is not suitable for current students. You must have completed your studies. 
  

 Bonus: 

• Completion of certificate or course in digital marketing. 
• Certification(s) in Facebook advertising, Google advertising, Analytics, Email marketing.
