Position Summary:   

The Account Specialist is responsible for routing and maintaining student schedules.  This position will work as a liaison between EverDriven (Field Operations (FO), and the Student Monitor and tracking Team (SMT) and our clients. Routing plays a key role in our day-to-day operations by managing routes, service changes, and calendar adjustments. Your ability to triage and prioritize service requests, especially next-day requests. It is critical to deliver high quality, responsive support to our clients and most importantly our students and families we serve. 

Hourly Rate: $14-17/ hr based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-9:00pm MST - please note this is a Part Time position

Location: This is a 100% remote role that can be located anywhere

Responsibilities:   

  • Main point of contact for school districts on all questions - Mostly via Email (routing, dispatch and customer service issues)  
  • Ensure all change requests, student add-on and removals are done in a timely fashion   
  • Maintain routes as efficiently as possible  
  • Build quotes and route analysis  
  • Maintain accurate calendars, setting holidays, early-outs, or assisting with emergency weather updates  
  • Data entry 

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent   
  • Experience routing school transportation is a plus  
  • Computer Literacy skills with Excel and Outlook   
  • Strong verbal and written skills
