Description

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Account Manager to manage one of our largest and most strategic account on the West Coast. This role demands extensive experience in enterprise account management and deep technical expertise, particularly in Generative AI and VPC deployments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the account, driving business outcomes and ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of our solutions.


Role and Responsibilities

Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Understand the account business objectives and align our solutions to meet their needs.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and ensure successful outcomes by managing the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to the customer’s office to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment on priorities.

Technical Expertise:

  • Leverage deep technical knowledge to design and implement solutions that address the account's unique challenges.
  • Collaborating with R&D, Algo and other technical teams as needed.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Apple’s technical and product teams, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of our solutions.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with the AI21 internal team to ensure cohesive and effective account management.
  • Collect feedback and insights to inform continuous improvement of our solutions and guide product development.
  • Strategic Insights:
  • Identify challenges and opportunities within the account, including expansion opportunities, and communicate them to internal teams to influence product roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, with a focus on large enterprise accounts.
  • Deep technical expertise in Generative AI and Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with production-level code development and deployment.
  • Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
  • Client-focused approach with a commitment to driving customer success.
  • Advantage: Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and cutting-edge AI technologies.
  • Advantage: Familiarity with the AWS environment, including LLM deployment services and AI-specific hardware.

The pay range for this position is $160K to $220K per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
