As a Senior Product Manager for Mobile, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for monday.com’s mobile app. You will work with a group of exceptionally strong developers and designers to shape the future of our mobile experience—making it a primary driver of company growth. With a focus on innovation, performance, and user engagement, you’ll lead initiatives that unlock the full potential of monday mobile, in alignment with our broader AI and product strategy.


About The Role


  • Define and execute a bold, AI-empowered product strategy for monday’s mobile app.
  • Collaborate with world-class engineers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ship high-quality products fast.
  • Lead with clarity and purpose: drive team focus, speed, and alignment around business and customer impact.
  • Prioritize opportunities based on data, customer feedback, and strategic goals.
  • Champion mobile-specific UX, performance, and innovation to ensure monday’s mobile app is a best-in-class experience.
  • Play a key role in evolving the app into a growth engine that engages users and expands our product reach.
  • Inspire and influence stakeholders across the company to rally around the mobile-first future of monday.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of leading high-impact B2B SaaS or mobile products.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on ability to turn ideas into action.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of how to use qualitative and quantitative data to drive product decisions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating across engineering, design, marketing, and customer success.
  • Passionate about UX and mobile design, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to change.
  • Exceptional communicator who can clearly articulate product rationale and influence at all levels of the organization.
