Remote - Product Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an innovative Real Estate Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our real estate technology solutions. This role will focus on creating products that transform how properties are bought, sold, managed, and financed. The ideal candidate will combine deep real estate industry knowledge with product management expertise to deliver tools that serve agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, builders, and property managers.

- Drive the strategy and roadmap for real estate technology products, including property search platforms, agent tools, and property management solutions.
- Analyze market trends in prop tech, real estate transactions, and property management to identify product opportunities.
- Gather requirements from real estate professionals, property managers, and end users to inform product development.
- Lead the development of features that improve property discovery, valuation, transaction management, and property operations.
- Collaborate with data science teams to develop and improve market analysis tools.
- Work with engineering and design teams to create intuitive solutions for complex real estate processes.
- Develop and track metrics related to user engagement, transaction volume, and property management efficiency.
- Partner with real estate operations teams to ensure products align with industry workflows and compliance requirements.
- Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders including agents, brokers, lenders, attorneys, property managers, and technology partners.
- Guide the implementation of MLS integration standards and real estate data protocols.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.

5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in real estate technology.
