As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will lead high-volume recruitment efforts by developing and executing targeted strategies to source, attract, and hire top talent for touch labor positions in a fast-paced factory environment.  You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring timely and efficient hiring while maintaining strong candidate experience.

The successful candidate has business and HR acumen to ensure quality, timeliness, consistency and efficiency of hiring while maintaining compliance. As part of the Human Resources function, this position works closely with Compensation and hiring manager counterparts to achieve results.

What You Will Do:

  • Accountable for full life cycle recruiting, ensuring that all steps in the Talent Acquisition process are compliant with Raytheon and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP) regulations.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align high-volume recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates through a variety of channels.
  • Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including Labor Relations, HR and Total Rewards, to ensure compliance and alignment.
  • Ensure clear communication and follow-through to deliver consistent, high-quality hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes and processes.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for high-volume roles, consistently managing 100+ hires annually, including positions within unionized and bargaining unit environments.
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience with full life cycle recruitment in a DOD environment
  • Strong working knowledge of the Workday Recruiting platform
  • Demonstrated relationship building, client management and influencing skills
  • Passion for the candidate experience and representing the RTX brand throughout the talent lifecycle.
  • Understanding of employment law principles and DOD compliance regulations

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
