Position: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Remote (Must live in U.S., Eastern or Central Time Zone)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing.
  • Organize and manage various parts of projects to ensure success. This includes assigning and monitoring daily tasks and communication as well as creating reports and updates for the team.
  • Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy.
  • Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success.
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal marketing tools.
  • Develop and manage content calendars for Marcom and Digital team.
  • Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
  • Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing
  • Experience with Asana or other project management tools is required.
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
  • Must be a team player and comfortable working in a cross-functional environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required
