Job description

This is a remote position.

An established busy media and travel guide company based in Rosebank, Johannesburg is looking for an experience VA to manage -to-day admin, staying on top of follow-ups with clients, organizing the CEOs diary, and helping to stay focused on strategic and creative work. Approximately 12 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
• Admin Tasks:
• Organising and filing incoming information (emails, documents, notes)
• Updating client records and project files
• Preparing basic reports or summaries
• Client Follow-ups:
• Keeping track of sent proposals and pending replies
• Sending gentle nudges/reminders
• Drafting follow-up emails or WhatsApp messages
• Diary Management:
• Scheduling meetings and ensuring prep time is blocked out
• Sending calendar invites with Google Meet links
• Adding personal time blocks (e.g. creative time, breaks)
