Our Sales team is seeking a goal-oriented, energetic, and talented individual who has a passion for problem solving. The BD representative will be first line of sales, setting appointments with clients and potential clients.
What You Will Be Doing
Supporting Strategic Initiatives: Assisting in the revision, development, and implementation of sales strategies
Client Communication: Managing communication with clients via emails, calls, and meetings to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Confirmation of incoming requests, proposal creation, and opportunity/deal tracking with follow ups
Onboarding of new clients and facilitation of required forms (NDAs, MSAs, etc.)
Project Coordination: Assisting with the coordination of won projects, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of services via internal collaboration with delivery and sales
Networking & Outreach: Manage ongoing outreach efforts and schedule meetings among potential clients that're identified via existing data and future leads to come
Research existing outreach strategies and analyse results to foster improved business development activities and more clearly defined metrics for each
Administrative Support: Handling administrative tasks such as compiling proposals, logging opportunities/deals, securing necessary client documentation, preparing key reports for analysis, and maintaining updated records within all platforms
Collaboration with Marketing to ensure smooth launch of new brand (organizing all existing information, defining prioritized needs for upcoming brand launch, and kickstarting the creation of any non-existent material)
Identifying potential clients & organizing meetings for both existing and potential clients using provided templates and similar BD messaging
Data Administration & Management: Following and maintaining a CRM data management strategy, including quality control, to ensure the sales data contains accurate, up-to-date, and complete customer information
Establishing a procedure that ensures system integrations are properly relaying data that can be routinely checked and reviewed
Analysing CRM data to generate insights on customer behaviour, sales trends, and marketing campaign effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations to increase revenue generation
Working alongside the Director, evaluating new technologies and/or add-ons to enhance current system capabilities and meet evolving business requirements
Essential Skills And Experience Required
2+ years of experience in business development or business development support role
Experience in Market Research and/or Linguistic industry is a must
Knowledge of CRM software(s) and their role within the sales cycle
Knowledge of business development process (inclusive of prospecting) and comfortability with managing each step
Package
Salary of $18-20k plus bonuses, dependent on skills and experience (b2b, contractor role)
Working hours: 9-6pm GMT
