About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to drive outbound prospecting efforts and build a strong pipeline for our sales team targeting the US market. The ideal candidate will be a young, motivated individual with stellar communication skills, a passion for sales outreach, and a strong ability to work independently in a results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound lead generation via email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and CRM tools.
  • Set up qualified appointments and meetings for sales leaders through consistent follow-ups.
  • Identify and reach out to target prospects using strategic messaging and personalized engagement.
  • Run lead generation campaigns with a focus on building awareness and converting interest into opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead activities and performance metrics in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine prospecting strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Act as the first point of contact between prospects and the sales team, helping to bridge connections with sales leaders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3- 5 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or SDR roles targeting the US market.
  • Exceptional English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience setting up lead generation and sales campaign automation using tools like Zoho, Apollo.io or SalesForce
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with prospects, generate interest, and schedule sales appointments.
  • A self-starter with a high-energy, incentive-driven mindset and the ability to meet or exceed lead targets.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced, and performance-driven environment.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Prior experience working with US-based sales leaders or business development teams.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, IT services, or professional consulting industries.
