Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential target prospective clients and decision-makers across various platforms in the USA and Israel.

Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through outbound and inbound marketing efforts.

Analyze lead generation metrics and performance, providing regular reports and insights to improve strategies.

Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a lead generation or similar role, preferably in the IT , outstaffing or recruitment industry.
Basic understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with CRM software, lead generation tools, and platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to data-driven decision-making processes.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Upper Intermediate English level (both written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are a plus
