This role is responsible for running the tactical execution of multi-channel marketing plans that increase conversion rates and marketing impact in service of specific business objectives. You will support marketing partners and work with functional leads (content, creative, web, media, events), to ensure all campaigns are completed magnificently, on time, and on budget.
What you'll do here:
Work under the direction of Campaign Execution Managers to ensure integrated campaign plans are designed to improve marketing conversion rate and business results.
Ensure transparency to your efforts by applying our project management system (WorkFront) as you collaborate with campaign partners.
Run end-to-end campaign execution, surfacing any potential issues or needs for re-prioritization, finding opportunities for efficiency and aligning results with the customer journey while maintaining awareness of the academic decision-making timeframe.
Periodically reflect on your experience with functional teams to improve or develop new processes and strategies that increase workflow efficiency to meet the needs of our internal and external collaborators.
Handle most of the day-to-day of the campaign including client status updates, management of cross-functional relationships, and project management including progress-to-goal.
Balance a robust project portfolio while working both independently and as a member of high performance-output team.

Skills you will need here:
This is a remote position, so you should be highly organized and have a high level of autonomy in order to balance multiple projects at once.
BA or BS (preferably in Advertising, Marketing, or Communications)
At least 2 years of marketing experience
Proficiency in Workfront
Experience with email automation campaigns
Strong communication skills for working with internal or external customers and vendors
Proven track record of strong problem solving, project management, and analytical skills

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
