Regional Marketing Communications Specialist

This positions is remote and can be located anywhere within the United State however it does have an estimated 20% travel, but it may adjust depending on business needs.

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000

The base salary listed is a range. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a bonus, providing the opportunity to earn additional compensation.

Position Summary

The Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for working with our Marketing team, sales team and customers to develop stellar marketing pieces that prove the value-add company and partnership that Zinpro offers.   They will be responsible for connecting the sales team with our Marketing initiatives and assisting them in all activities with customers.  A strong connection in the digital space will be desirable, to help ensure that we show up cohesive and in the best way possible on all platforms.  This role requires a creative thinker with exceptional graphic design skills, as well as someone with digital marketing knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Essential Functions 

• Develop and implement marketing communication plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Create and design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
• Manage and maintain the company's visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Help to build and oversee digital and Social Media content/development and initiatives
• Have input in Marketing Strategy and planning

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing communications with a strong focus on graphic design.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Digital Marketing knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience SalesForce is a plus.

Travel Requirements
