About The Role

Our Compliance Analyst for Managed Services ensures that assets such as website banners, social ads, display/remarketing sets follow brand guidelines. This person has an exceptional ability to follow processes, collaborate across teams, and maintain multiple queues on a daily basis. This role also requires the ability to communicate complex OEM guidelines in a clear and concise way to designers and product specialists. They love rules, analyzing detailed information, and thrive on clearing queues. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Learn and understand compliance requirements and specifications for various automotive manufacturers  

  • Work closely with the Design Team, Managed Services Specialists, and OEM compliance agencies to ensure creative assets are compliant before posting

  • Log all compliance submissions, declines, approvals, and communication activity in corresponding asset records for reference

  • Continuously clear queues of assets in various stages throughout the Managed Services workflow

  • Manage documentation internally in Wrike, Salesforce, and Confluence

  • Assist the team and other departments with implementing new or changes to rules and regulations

  • Assist employees with compliance-related questions by researching reference materials and obtaining advice from the various compliance agencies’ staff, as necessary
     

Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma

  • A college degree is preferred but not required

  • Previous relevant experience in a professional setting 

  • Experience in the automotive industry and/or an agency is a plus!
     

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding sense of organization

  • Ability to balance demand and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Wrike, and Confluence

Salary Range

$45,200.00-54,250.00
