A bit about the role

We’re looking for an outstanding People person to hit the ground running on HR business partnership, compliance, employee experience, and employee relations initiatives for our global team.

As we continue to grow as a global team, your purpose is to improve and ensure organizational compliance with global HR regulations, support People Business Partnering initiatives, and assist in Employee Experience and Employee Relations efforts.

As a key People & Culture team member, you’ll contribute to operational activities, programs, and projects that make Sendle a place where people can do their best work.

What you’ll do
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations 
  • Mitigating legal risks by staying updated on compliance standards
  • Acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to managers on People and compliance-related inquiries
  • Fostering positive employee relations and resolving conflicts effectively
  • Contributing to talent management initiatives to attract and retain top talent
  • Serving as a point of contact for HRBP and ER inquiries
  • Supporting and upholding a positive, inclusive, and 5H-aligned work environment
  • Analyzing employee surveys and feedback mechanisms
What you'll need

You are an expert in global HR compliance and People operations with exceptional analytical skills. You are adept at navigating complex systems and encouraging the support of your stakeholders to tackle compliance challenges together.

In addition, you are someone with:

  • Deep expertise in HR compliance regulations and global People & Culture management, with the ability to interpret complex regulations accurately and align initiatives with organizational goals.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making and addressing People-related challenges.

  • Proficiency in HRIS, PEO, and payroll systems, with experience in technical collaboration for troubleshooting and software upgrades.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to convey policies clearly, prioritize projects, and manage multiple requests.

  • Resilience, adaptability, and self-motivation, along with a strong sense of accountability and autonomy.

  • A collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork and mentoring junior team members in compliance matters.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on process improvement to enhance compliance efficiency.

  • Active engagement in professional P&C networks to stay current with industry best practices.

You must also have:

  • 10 years of progressive experience in HR/People & Culture teams, preferably with global exposure to business partnering, employee relations, and compliance activities
