Provide internal escalation assistance for Day 2 Support Engineers

Escalate potential issues (engineering or otherwise) to appropriate managerial personnel.
Escalate Process and Procedural issues to management personnel.
Develop Engineering Training to help promote Level 1 and Level 2 engineers to the next level
Work with the High Touch Team and Application Engineering on necessary monitoring additions and changes
Troubleshooting trouble tickets dealing with a broad range of network and security technologies, including but not limited to the following vendors: Arista, Aruba, Cisco, F5, Juniper, Meraki, Palo Alto, Riverbed

Minimum of 5 years of experience troubleshooting the following:
Cisco Nexus switches
Cisco Router and Switch Networks
Cisco Wireless Networks
Cisco Security Products
Cisco WAN Accelerators
Knowledge of the following is a plus:
F5 Load Balancers
Juniper Routers and Switches
Arista Network Switches
Riverbed Steelhead WAN Accelerators
Aruba Wireless Networks
Palo Alto Firewalls
Education:
A college degree in Engineering or a similar discipline is desired but not required. Expert-level experience may be substituted for a college degree or certification.
CCNA, CCNP R&S, CCIE R&S preferred
