Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 20 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, flexible during working hours.

Job Description

Take ownership of building valuable relationships within the thriving Ohio real estate community. In this dynamic role, you’ll connect with influential real estate professionals, including top-performing realtors, established attorneys, and successful property investors. Using your exceptional communication skills, you’ll introduce our client’s premium title insurance and escrow services, helping streamline real estate transactions for professionals across the Columbus market. This position offers the perfect blend of sales, relationship building, and real estate industry exposure, with the flexibility of remote work and the backing of an established company.


Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to real estate professionals, focusing on high-value prospects
  • Develop and nurture relationships with realtors, attorneys, and property investors
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Columbus real estate market
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and company leadership
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and lead status in the company’s CRM
  • Track and report on key performance metrics and conversion rates
  • Research and identify potential business opportunities within the local market
  • Collaborate with management to refine and improve outreach strategies

Requirements
