Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a consistent pipeline and conversion rate.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and leverage existing campaigns for maximum impact.
Provide detailed reporting on sales activities and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline.
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B sales, with substantial experience in an agency or consulting environment, selling agency services; must have B2B Sales experience
Agency experience highly preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively manage client relationships.
Self-motivated with a consultative and persistent approach to sales, capable of independently driving efforts to secure new business.
Experience with CRM software and sales tools, ideally with previous sales or marketing roles within an agency setting considered a significant plus.
Must have direct experience in agency settings, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in selling creative and strategic services.
