Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for e-commerce and a knack for optimizing online sales channels? Join our team as an E-commerce Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our global Shopify and Amazon platforms.

Position Overview

As the E-commerce Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, reporting directly to the Head of Growth. You will collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to enhance platform performance, improve user experience, and boost conversion rates. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background in web development and expertise in UX and conversion optimization (CRO).

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Management
    • Manage global Shopify and Amazon channels to align with strategic growth objectives.
    • Optimize merchandising, promotions, and content updates to drive revenue.
    • Ensure compliance with privacy, data governance, and legal standards.
  • Conversion & UX Optimization
    • Lead initiatives to improve on-page conversions through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and cart enhancements.
    • Implement strategies to increase Average Order Value (AOV) via upselling, cross-selling, and bundling.
    • Collaborate with design teams to ensure platforms are user-friendly and visually appealing.
  • Technical Oversight
    • Maintain platform performance, security, and functionality.
    • Conduct basic web development tasks (e.g., HTML/CSS adjustments) and troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Oversee integrations with third-party tools to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Performance Marketing Collaboration
    • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to align marketing strategies with platform goals.
    • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Operations & Process Improvement
    • Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and customer service teams for seamless operations.
    • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved customer satisfaction.

  • Proven success managing Shopify and Amazon platforms with a focus on conversion optimization.
  • Technical proficiency in web development (HTML/CSS), SEO, and analytics tools.
