About the role

As our Head of Growth & GTM Strategy, you'll serve as a strategic co-pilot to our CEO/Founder and executive team while spearheading BM Digital's next growth phase. You'll design and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies to transform our revenue engine for more predictable growth and attract premium enterprise clients. With P&L responsibility for our client acquisition efforts, you'll have direct influence on company revenue targets and strategic direction.

Responsibilities:
GTM Strategy & Revenue Operations
  • Transform our go-to-market engine for more predictable revenue growth and improved funnel performance
  • Build targeted GTM motions to penetrate specific prioritized industry verticals across tech and non-tech customers
  • Drive improvements in funnel performance and win rates for new logo hunting
  • Develop organizational capabilities for strategic expansion into named large enterprise accounts via account planning, executive relationship building, and multi-threading across business units
  • Design and implement effective sales enablement programs that accelerate deal velocity
Strategic Leadership
  • Serve as co-pilot to the CEO/Founder and CXO team on business strategy & operations
  • Lead strategic projects, including M&A evaluation, strategic partnerships, and new business segment entry and scale-up
  • Manage investor relations and board communications with compelling data-driven narratives
  • Drive business planning, OKRs/KPIs, and cross-functional execution
  • Identify and resolve cross-organizational bottlenecks to accelerate growth
Marketing & Acquisition Excellence
  • Architect sophisticated marketing funnels optimized for high-value B2B conversions
  • Develop compelling thought leadership positioning that elevates BM Digital's brand authority
  • Implement measurable campaign frameworks across digital channels with clear ROI metrics
  • Collaborate with our celebrity partnerships team to leverage our unique market position
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team aligned with our ambitious business objectives

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing leadership with demonstrable achievements in client acquisition and GTM strategy for a marketing agency, SaaS company, or related field
  • Proven track record of exceeding growth targets, with specific examples of campaigns and initiatives that directly generated 7-figure revenue
  • Experience leading RevOps functions and transforming go-to-market engines for improved performance
  • Success in strategic expansion into enterprise accounts with demonstrable expertise in account-based marketing and sales strategies
  • Sophisticated understanding of B2B marketing funnels with expertise in conversion optimization and sales enablement
  • Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning, business operations, and cross-functional leadership
  • Experience managing investor relations and board communications
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with experience building high-performing teams
  • Strategic vision paired with tactical execution skills
Compensation:

$150K—$750K USD total compensation annually, which includes base, performance bonus, and equity package
