The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across all direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance optimization, Shopify platforms, and eCommerce technology. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and tech teams to craft and execute growth strategies that propel Karma and Luck to new heights.

Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies across all DTC channels (eCommerce, email marketing, social media, paid media).
Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams.
Optimize the customer journey from acquisition to retention to increase Lifetime Value (LTV).

Shopify Platform & Technical Oversight

Oversee the Shopify Plus environment, including app integrations, site performance, and customization.
Work with developers to implement Shopify API integrations, custom scripts, and advanced functionalities.
Utilize Shopify Analytics and third-party tools to track performance and improve key site metrics.
Ensure site scalability, security, and compliance with industry best practices.

Performance Marketing & Analytics

Manage paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) with a focus on ROAS and CPA goals.
Implement data-driven decision-making through analytics, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Utilize platforms like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and custom dashboards to analyze traffic and conversion data.

eCommerce & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) using tools like Hotjar, Optimizely, and Google Optimize.
Manage SEO strategies to enhance organic growth.
Work with UX/UI teams to improve user experience and streamline the purchase process.

Retention & Loyalty

Develop email and SMS marketing strategies using platforms like Klaviyo.
Build and scale loyalty programs and referral systems to boost retention and engagement.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and mentor a team of marketers, developers, and growth strategists.
Work closely with creative, tech, and product teams to align on brand messaging and site performance.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in DTC growth marketing, with a strong focus on eCommerce and Shopify.
Advanced knowledge of Shopify Plus, including app integrations, API customization, and theme development.
Proven success in scaling DTC brands and achieving measurable growth.
Strong technical understanding of web analytics, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
Experience managing performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok) with a strong grasp of ROAS optimization.
Proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Tableau) and CRO tools (Hotjar, Optimizely).
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Advantages:

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Liquid, and basic JavaScript for Shopify customization is a plus.
