This great role can be based remotely from the US/UK/Hungary/Serbia or Canada.


The opportunity


As a Lead Generation Specialist within our Business Analytics, Insights, and Strategy (BAIS) team, you will play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential leads within the life sciences industry. Your efforts will drive the adoption of our tech-enabled Medical Affairs, Value Access, and Commercial advisory services, helping life sciences companies advance their assets through development and improve access to life-saving therapies.


Role responsibilities

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?


  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target segments within the life sciences industry that can benefit from EPG solutions.
  • Utilize your expertise in Lifesciences Services / Technology and industry knowledge to develop compelling value propositions that resonate with potential clients.
  • Implement effective lead generation strategies, including targeted outreach, content marketing, and participation in relevant industry events and conferences.
  • Engage with leads to understand their unique challenges and pain points, showcasing how our AI solutions can optimize their Medical Affairs, Value Access, and Commercial operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development and seller/doer team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads, providing detailed lead profiles and relevant information.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations, delivering tailored presentations and demonstrations of our capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to continuously refine and enhance our services and tech solutions based on client feedback and evolving industry needs.
  • Utilize CRM software and other lead management tools to track lead interactions, monitor progress, and maintain accurate lead data.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in AI technologies, Saas Technologies, and Services particularly within the life sciences industry, to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations for optimizing lead generation strategies.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry.
  • 1+ years of experience with Lifesciences services / technologies, including consulting, agency, SaaS, and or AI.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools for efficient lead tracking and reporting.
