Real Estate Lead Generation Expertise: 2.5-5 years of experience in lead generation within the real estate industry, with a proven ability to identify and attract highly motivated sellers. Targeted Prospecting Skills: Experience sourcing niche leads, including divorcees, seniors looking to downsize, probate properties, and distressed homeowners. Strong understanding of how to leverage market data and public records. Outbound Sales & Marketing Experience: Strong background in executing outreach campaigns through email, cold calling, SMS, and social media platforms. Ability to craft compelling messaging to engage potential sellers. Lead Qualification & Screening: Ability to independently assess and qualify leads based on their urgency, motivation, and financial standing. Experience with scripts and consultative sales approaches. Self-Starter & Independent: Highly motivated and confident in executing lead generation strategies with minimal supervision. Able to work efficiently, meet goals, and continuously refine approaches. CRM & Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM systems, lead tracking tools, and real estate data platforms. Strong organizational skills to manage large lead lists and follow-up workflows effectively.

Core responsibilities:

Targeted Lead Prospecting: Identify and source high-quality leads, focusing on individuals who are actively looking to sell, including recently divorced homeowners, seniors (65+) looking to downsize, and other motivated sellers. Utilize real estate data, public records, and predictive analytics to build a strategic lead pipeline. Multi-Channel Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach via social media, email campaigns, cold calling, and SMS marketing to engage potential sellers and set up consultations. Develop and execute creative strategies to capture and nurture leads. Lead Qualification & Screening: Assess the intent and eligibility of leads by gathering relevant property details, motivation for selling, and financial considerations. Ensure all leads meet specific criteria before passing them to the real estate team. CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate lead records within CRM systems, track engagement history, and ensure follow-up actions are executed promptly. Optimize lead tracking and database organization for maximum efficiency. Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with local real estate trends, demographic shifts, and distressed property opportunities to refine lead generation strategies and identify emerging seller profiles. Performance Optimization & Reporting: Track lead generation efforts, analyze key metrics, and refine outreach strategies to improve conversion rates. Provide detailed reports on lead performance and sales funnel insights.
