We’re searching for a visionary and results-driven leader to lead HubSpot’s LATAM ES (Spanish speaking countries except Mexico) sales organization, based in Colombia. As Director of Sales, LATAM, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, strategy, and team leadership while working directly with the VP of Sales, LATAM. This role requires a strong ability to build, develop, and lead a team of high-performing sales managers while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, RevOps, partners and customer success to drive new business and expansion across the HubSpot platform.

In your role as Sales Director, you’ll get to:
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Build, mentor, and scale a team of sales managers, empowering them to drive performance and exceed revenue targets. 
  • Execute & Optimize Sales Strategies: Implement and refine go-to-market strategies by leveraging key sales metrics and business trends to accelerate HubSpot’s growth in LATAM.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Own and execute on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensuring the region meets and exceeds revenue and expansion goals.
  • Implement World-Class Sales Methodologies: Champion HubSpot’s proven sales methodology, ensuring sales managers and their teams execute effectively to maximize customer engagement and success.
  • Work Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, customer success, RevOps, and enablement teams to drive pipeline generation, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Foster a High-Performance Culture: Inspire a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation, fostering a team environment that supports learning, growth, and career development.
  • Engage with Key Stakeholders: Represent the LATAM region at the Americas executive level, aligning on company-wide initiatives, regional strategies, and scaling efforts.

We are looking for people who:
  • Proven Sales Leadership: 8+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales leadership experience, with at least 3+ years leading sales managers.
  • Track Record of Scaling Teams: Experience building and leading high-growth sales teams across LATAM, ideally in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.
  • Go-To-Market Expertise: Strong understanding of LATAM’s sales landscape, pipeline management, and business expansion strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience partnering across marketing, sales operations, and customer success to optimize revenue generation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage analytics, KPIs, and forecasting to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Leadership & Coaching Ability: A passion for developing leaders, driving team engagement, and fostering a strong sales culture.
  • Fluency in English & Spanish: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Portuguese is a plus!
