As a Marketing Assistant/Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting senior marketing staff, executing campaigns, and analyzing their impact. Your Mission
  • Campaign Support & Data Analysis:
    • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and track their performance.
    • Gather data on campaign success by collecting audience feedback and key performance metrics.
    • Create clear, visually engaging reports with graphs and presentations for leadership.
  • Content & Marketing Materials:
    • Oversee the design and graphics of marketing materials to ensure brand consistency.
    • Develop case studies, buyer personas, white papers, and analytics reports.
    • Assist in writing and structuring surveys, questionnaires, and other tools to measure marketing impact.
  • Market Research & Strategic Insights:
    • Conduct market research to better understand audience behavior and business needs.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
    • Collaborate with marketing managers to develop data-driven strategies.
  • Administrative & Project Coordination:
    • Provide administrative support, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and handling interdepartmental communications.
    • Assist with the setup, facilitation, and execution of marketing events.
    • Work with digital marketing software to pull campaign metrics and inform decision-making.
Your Impact
