The Opportunity: 

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Marketing Director will be responsible for all day-to-day aspects of our digital marketing efforts. Your objective is clear; acquire new customers and drive business growth through managing our various vendors and building an internal team. Championing a hands-on approach, you’ll work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to generate briefs, implement plans, and measure campaign performance. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Customer Acquisition & Campaign Execution: 

    1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns; driving customer acquisition for our products, including courses, app memberships, and retreats. 

  2. Collaborative Campaign Management: 

    1. Work with the creative, tech, and media teams - as well as external agencies, to develop high-performing marketing campaigns and produce collateral to enhance promotional efforts. 

    2. Coordinate with the community manager, video editors, and copywriters to align messaging and visual assets across all marketing channels. 

  3. Project Management & Process Improvement: 

    1. Manage multiple, simultaneous projects from planning and brief writing through to delivery and quality control, ensuring all campaigns are on-brand, on-time, and within budget. 

    2. Use and improve the campaign briefing process, fostering better communication and efficiency between teams.
