Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location:
Remote (CEST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CEST)

Position Overview:

This Executive Assistant role is more than just administrative support - its about optimizing productivity, taking initiative, and bringing energy into the work. A cooperative, can-do attitude is essential, as this role requires a strong team player with a positive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage email correspondence, scheduling, and calendar organization
  • Plan itineraries, book appointments, and coordinate travel
  • Conduct in-depth research for both business and personal projects
  • Assist in organizing work-life balance systems
  • Help streamline business processes and optimize workflow
  • Provide light YouTube-related support (e.g., research, task coordination not content creation)
  • Act as a communication bridge for internal and external contacts
  • Adapt to new tools, processes, and software as needed


Qualifications:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proactive, independent, and solutions-oriented
  • Experience with Google Drive, Notion, WhatsApp, Discord, Gmail, Google Meet, Loom
  • Naturally curious and eager to learn new skills
  • Positive, cooperative personality with a strong sense of initiative
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a "spark" for the work
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Advanced research skills (for business and personal tasks)
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging tech
  • Familiarity with YouTube operations (no editing required)
  • Background in marketing or social media
