Location: Pune, India (Remote OR Hybrid)

About the Role:

This position will report to the Sr. Sales Manager, Windows Door and Glass and be a part of the team responsible for maximizing the renewal rates for SMB customers in the APAC region. This will require cross-functional engagement across multiple teams within Cyncly.


The successful candidate needs to have experience in either a Sales or Customer Success function, focusing on increasing customer satisfaction, mitigating churn by successfully executing the churn mitigation playbook, driving renewals, and identifying growth opportunities. The Renewals Specialist, APAC SMB, will also be responsible for executing and maintaining the efficient execution of churn and dunning processes.


Availability during 7am IST to 4 pm IST is a requirement for this role.


Key Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Interacting with customers before and after their renewal date to secure their renewal.
  • Ensuring that churn and dunning processes are executed effectively and accurately.
  • Identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities for the APAC Sales team.
  • Maintaining CRM data integrity by recording and updating all opportunities and touch points.
  • Addressing and resolving APAC SMB customer complaints.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.


Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ years’ experience in a customer facing role (Customer Success or Sales).
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding renewal targets.
  • Working knowledge of using CRM (Salesforce).
  • Industry knowledge is preferred.
