As International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across Central America and Northern Latin America (Colombia & Venezuela). Reporting to the Head of Latin America and Caribbean Markets, you will lead sales efforts for Codman Specialty Surgical and Regenerative Tissue Technologies products, manage distributor relationships, and expand market opportunities. This is a key role in achieving ambitious sales targets (USD $7M) in a fast-growing region.
Travel Requirement: Remote (Based in Mexico) Up to 80% within Colombia, Venezuela, and Central America.

Your Responsibilities
Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key clients, and stakeholders.
Lead, train, and motivate distributor networks, ensuring high performance while identifying opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with marketing and senior management to define strategic growth initiatives.
Work closely with clinicians and healthcare professionals to understand market needs and product effectiveness.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to drive business decisions.
Align cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency.
Manage budgets and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
Essential Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
Sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably medical devices.
Strong track record in sales leadership, including coaching and mentoring teams.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in Latin America.
Fluent in Spanish & English (written and verbal).
Preferred Skills
Experience working within Colombia, Venezuela, and Central America markets.
Strong knowledge of regional healthcare industry trends and distributor networks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a hunter mentality.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
