The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, coaching and motivating the sales team, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Set sales goals and objectives for the sales team.
  • Coach and motivate sales representatives to improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress towards targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales efforts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and manage the sales team's budget and resources.
  • Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies.
