The Strategic Growth Planning Team is seeking a Strategic Growth Planning MBA Intern to join our Redwood City based group. Our team’s core function is to lead efforts that impact EA’s global long-term plan, including revenue forecast, market analysis, content optimization, platform strategy, and localization study. The role will be a critical member of the team with broad analytical and strategic responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support EA’s strategic long-term planning efforts
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Commercial, Publishing & Planning, FP&A, Studio) to proactively identify opportunities and risks associated with our portfolio
Play an active role in strategic projects by developing robust and actionable frameworks that can help scale our franchises
Create compelling and insightful presentations to all levels of management; storylines and insights that inspire and lead to data-centric decision making across the organization
Requirements
Currently enrolled MBA student
Prior experience at an Investment Bank and/or Management Consulting Firm
Exceptional quantitative and problem-solving skills, with a track record of leading complex strategic projects and presenting to stakeholders
Ability to conduct statistical analysis and crystalize findings into actionable insights
Strong communication skills with ability to work in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
Expertise with SQL in a work environment
Desire Traits | Bonus Points:
Passion for the gaming and entertainment industry
Familiarity with Python

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.
EA has listed the pay ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, degree type (e.g. Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD), what stage you are in your degree journey (i.e. freshman, sophomore, etc.), qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
HOURLY PAY RANGES
California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $39 - $84 USD Hourly
The pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including 80 hours per year of sick time (prorated based on scheduled hours per week if less than full-time), 16 paid company holidays per year, medical insurance, and 401(k). Interns in California are also eligible for Voluntary Disability Insurance.
