At Paladone, we specialize in licensed and branded giftware, working with some of the world’s biggest brands, including Disney, Harry Potter, Marvel, and more. We’re looking for a E-Commerce Manager to take our U.S. E-commerce operations to the next level by growing key accounts and expanding our presence in the online market.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of Paladone’s Amazon accounts, driving sales and profitability across both Vendor Central and Seller Central platforms. You’ll be managing high-value accounts worth, analysing performance data, and collaborating with teams to optimize listings, advertising, and inventory management.
This role will report directly to the Senior E-Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:
🚀 Amazon Strategy & Account Management
- Develop and execute strategies for growth on Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central in collaboration with the Senior E-Commerce Manager.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon, managing relationships and addressing account or product health issues.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams to ensure seamless account management.
📊 P&L and Data Analysis
- Own and manage P&L for the Amazon account, ensuring profitability and meeting financial targets.
- Download, analyze, and report on sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
📦 Product Listings and Inventory Management
- Ensure all product listings are optimized for search, conversion, and compliance.
- Work with internal teams to manage inventory levels, minimizing long-term storage fees for Amazon FBA.
📈 Performance Marketing and Growth
- Partner with the Performance Marketing team to optimize PPC and DSP advertising strategies in alignment with promotional activities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by attending Amazon conferences and analyzing market and competitor activity.
🌍 Expansion and Development
- Assist with the launch of products into new countries and marketplaces, while spotting emerging product trends.
- Collaborate with the NPD team to identify and develop new products suitable for online markets.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in e-commerce, specifically managing Amazon Vendor and Seller Central accounts.
✅ Proven experience with P&L management and delivering profitable growth.
✅ Expertise in downloading and analysing sales data to drive strategic decision-making.
✅ Experience managing accounts with an annual turnover of at least $2 million.
✅ Strong understanding of Amazon PPC & DSP, listing optimization, and compliance requirements.
✅ Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
✅ Based on the East Coast and willing to travel to our office in Point Pleasant, New Jersey as required.
