Position: Director Business Development

Reports to: Vice President Sales and Marketing
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a confident, high-energy, dynamic and results-driven Director, Business Development to join our team and play a pivotal role in growing our client base and increasing market share. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing, this position will be responsible for generating new business, prospecting new clients, and closing deals across targeted key industries. You will be tasked with developing deep relationships, crafting tailored solutions, and collaborating closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute strategic plans to sign new customers and drive revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify and engage new business opportunities, targeting key industries and verticals for growth.
· Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and strategic partners by offering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
· Manage the creation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
· Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Marketing on strategies to grow market share, target key industries, and refine sales tactics.
· Meet and exceed revenue goals by identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and consistently achieving sales targets.
· Provide accurate sales forecasts and track progress toward revenue goals, adjusting strategies as needed to stay on target.
· Stay up to date with sales trends, tools, and industry knowledge to enhance your skills and sales performance.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).
· 10+ years of business development / enterprise sales experience in technology solutions or service-based industries.
· Experience with digital technology installation services solution selling
· Experience in retail, hospitality, c-store airports / transportation industry
· Proven track record in driving revenue growth, forging partnerships, and entering new markets.

On Target Earning: $200K
