About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BDE to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience meeting and exceeding monthly quotas. They should possess excellent relationship management skills, with a focus on nurturing and growing existing accounts. Experience in the Edtech sector, particularly in Cloud, AI, or Security technologies, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas, ranging from $15,000 to $20,000 USD
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat sales within the existing customer base.
  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 Year experience in US Outbound sales process
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of relationship management and customer retention strategies.
  • Experience in selling Edtech solutions, with knowledge of Cloud, AI, or Security technologies preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
