Schedule: 20 hours per week, from 9 AM to 1 PM Central Time (11:00 PM to 3:00 AM Manila Time)
Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach to case managers using provided databases and through independent prospecting
Build and maintain relationships with case managers to drive referrals
Schedule calls and follow-ups with potential referral sources
Manage the referral process, ensuring timely responses and accountability
Conduct cold calls and email outreach to generate new leads
Maintain detailed records of interactions and referrals in the company’s system
Meet or exceed set KPIs for outreach activities and referral generation
Continuously learn about the company’s services and industry terminology
Create tasks and initiatives during downtime to further business development efforts
Scope:
Manage and grow a database of case managers in the assigned region
Represent the company professionally in all interactions with potential referral sources
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth handover of referrals
Contribute to the development of business development strategies and tactics
Participate in performance reviews and continuously improve based on feedback and KPIs
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home care or community-based services
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare industry terminology
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work 20 hours per week, from 9 AM to 1 PM Central Time
