The purpose of this job role is to provide leadership of Scrum activities for Agile teams within Meijer ITS. The person filling this role will work with business product owners, developers, and quality analysts to drive value delivery and will participate in all phases of Agile software development. This position provides overall business process and technical guidance, acting as a subject matter expert and leader for an Agile team. The pay range for this position is listed below.
$86,000.00 - $134,000.00This pay range represents the minimum and maximum base pay for the position, which is determined by factors such as market data, the qualifications required, the level of responsibilities associated with the role and other roles at this same level. Your specific pay rate within this range will be based on your experience, qualifications, and skills compared to the internal team you’ll be joining.
